Personal power vs systemic power. Imagine a rubric cube of power with different levels, from the individual to the collective. This power is interconnected, and we need to understand how our personal power is connected to systemic power. By following this pathway, we can identify weak points and intervene to take power, even in the face of systemic issues. The “professionals” shouldn’t be seen as the only solution; but we, as individuals—the community—can be apart of the solution, too.
